THE FLYING PALACES OF ANGKOR by Shaun MacLoughlin

An Evening's Entertainment for English or Korean Speaking Tourists, documenting the History, Religion and Mythology of Cambodia's Magnificent Temples.

Or it could be a film or TV programme.

Angkor Wat

As there are up to 3 million tourists a year to Angkor Wat, the income from this venture should be considerable.

It might be possible to devote a proportion of the royalties to Cambodian Charities for Education, Hospitals, Mine Victims, Cambodian Artists, etc, etc.

The Script is completed.

Shaun has enjoyed great success co-directing an English language play in Vietnam, working with a Vietnamese Choreographer and leading actors and dancers. Please see The Healing Arts, and for international reviews please look at UN Peace Meditation Group.

He aspires to repeat his success in Cambodia, with Cambodia's outstanding creative artists, actors and dancers.  However for this venture he would be happy to work as an assistant director, coaching the Khmer actors in clear and attractive English.

Having been a BBC producer for 25 years in the UK, USA, Australia and France, he understands what will appeal to a Western audience.

We could have live captions in Korean, or there might also be a production in Korean; as there are more Koreans visiting Angkor, than any other nationality.
